Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something is not right, this Return and Refund Policy explains exactly how returns, exchanges, and refunds work at VeyLuxe. It applies to customers in the United States. Please read it fully before requesting a return.

1. Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of the date you receive your order. Requests made after 14 days from delivery cannot be accepted.

2. Items Eligible for Return

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed, with no signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused after delivery.
  • In their original condition, with all tags and labels attached.
  • Returned in their original packaging.

Items that are used, worn, washed, damaged by the customer, or returned without their original packaging may be refused or refunded only in part.

3. How to Start a Return (Please Read First)

Do not ship anything back before contacting us. To start a return:

  1. Email info@veyluxebrand.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Our team reviews your request, usually within 24 to 48 business hours.
  3. Once approved, we send you the correct return instructions and the confirmed return address.
  4. Pack the item securely and ship it back using a tracked method.

We operate a U.S. return address, but it is only released after your return has been confirmed by our support team. Packages sent to any address without prior confirmation cannot be processed, tracked, or refunded. This step exists to protect your refund and to prevent returns from being lost or sent to the wrong location.

4. Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We do not charge any restocking or handling fee. We strongly recommend a tracked and, where possible, insured shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit before they reach us.

5. Refunds and Timing

Once your returned package arrives back at VeyLuxe and passes inspection, we issue your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. We will email you when your refund is approved. After we issue it, your bank or card provider may take a few additional business days to post the funds to your account.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received an approved refund after the timeframe above, first check your bank account again, then contact your card company or bank, as posting times vary. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at info@veyluxebrand.com and we will help resolve it.

7. Exchanges

We are happy to exchange an item for a different size or product, subject to availability. Start an exchange the same way as a return, by emailing us first so we can confirm the details and reserve your replacement where possible.

8. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, take clear photos of the product and packaging and email them with your order number to info@veyluxebrand.com within 48 hours of delivery. In these cases we cover the cost and will arrange a free replacement or a full refund. Reports made after 48 hours may not be eligible.

9. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to update or cancel it. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled, but you can still return it under this policy.

10. Non-Returnable Situations

The following are generally not eligible for a refund: items returned without prior approval, items returned after the 14 day window, items not in their original condition, and any return shipped to an address we did not confirm.
