This Shipping Policy explains how and when your VeyLuxe order is processed, shipped, and delivered. We ship from the United States to addresses within the United States.
1. Shipping Options and Costs
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States, with tracking included.
All prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD).
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 0 to 1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays). Orders placed before 2:00 PM PT are typically processed the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated transit time is 3 to 7 business days after processing. In total, most orders arrive within 3 to 8 business days from the time the order is placed. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, high-volume periods, or events outside our control.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. You can also track your order on our Track Your Order page. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to begin updating after you receive the email.
5. Multiple Items and Split Shipments
If your order contains several items, they may occasionally ship separately to get them to you as quickly as possible. If this happens, you will receive separate tracking information at no extra cost.
6. Out-of-Stock Items
If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to offer a replacement, a wait time, or a full refund for that item.
7. Shipping Address and Failed Deliveries
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately and, if your order has not shipped, we will try to correct it. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, which may require an additional shipping charge.
8. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or a package is marked delivered but you cannot locate it, contact us at info@veyluxebrand.com and we will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve it.
9. Taxes and Duties
Your order ships from the United States on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis: all import duties and taxes are prepaid by us, so you will not pay any additional customs or import fees on delivery. Any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout before you pay.
